It's the exact same story with a few extras, that's what it always has been. The only major thing added was (as specifically mentioned in a preview a while back) was the theme park and missions involving it. This is a $25 game at most, even the trailers show that it reuses the entire plot with changes so it makes sense that Frank is the lead.
Oh, and Chuck is, presumably, a psychopath in this game, he was in one of the trailers with a doll made to look like his daughter on his back and a beard.

Fuck it, I'll just go buy it on disc. I have plenty of games that GFWL freaks out on because I'm not 18, and normally they'd stop be from buying games like this, but they have no option but to let you install it if you get it on disc.
