If I try to delete it manually, it crashes explorer.exe
If I try to delete it via command prompt, it either says the file is in use or access is denied.
The file in question is the World of Tanks 0.5.4.1 English install exe that I cancelled the download of.
Have you restarted your PC since? My PC does similar things sometimes, and restarting usually fixes it.
Haven't been able to delete the file for about a week, so yes.

It's not too important as I'll be formatting soon anyway, just would like to know for future reference.
Close whatever might be using it (i.e. this happens when I use Firefox's download manager and FF crashes for some reason. FF is still running and taking the file away, but it's not in the process list. I have to use ProcExp and find the handle and close it manually).
