Old PIII's - 750MHz with 256k cache or 500mhz with 512k cache?

Title says it all. I have two Pentium III processors, one runs at 750mhz and has a 256k cache, while the other runs at 500mhz but has 512k cache. Which would be faster? The 750mhz one is supposed to run at 1GHz but the motherboard bus is too slow.

Try them both I once had a pentium 4 one at 2.8 ghz with 512kb of cache and a 1.8 ghz one with 1 mb of cache and the 1.8 ghz one was so much smoother.
