Well I have two operating systems and two hard drives and I want to narrow it down and make it simpler. I have a 250Gb hard drive with 32 bit vista and a 1tb with 64 bit vista. I want to transfer all the data from my 250Gb onto my 1Tb and then reformat the 250 HDD. Is there a program I can use to do this? And can I transfer 32 bit games onto a 64 bit HDD. Next, Can I install Windows 7 on say, a 10Gb partition of my hard drive and run games from the other half of the partition along with games I install on my 250Gb hard drive. Is it possible? or will it be slow? Can I remove an OS without removing the data (games and files) connected with it? Thanks. Also this is not a technical issue, and there fore I am not putting it there.
1. Just copy and paste the files you want to the 1TB HDD. There is no program that I know of. 2. You can't transfer games to a 64-bit HDD, but you can copy the saves over. You'll still have to reinstall the games themselves though. 3. No. Just install your games to the same partition as Windows 7. 4. It is possible, just dumb. 5. Shouldn't affect speed, but like I said it's dumb. 6. No. If you remove an OS, you will lose the game but like I said you can still copy the game saves over for backup.
