Formating a SSD harddrive in bios, is it possible?

i got a SSD Harddrive with 320 gb and i can see it in bios but not in win7, is there a way to format it in bios or something?

Though it sounds like the SSD isn't formatted at all, hence it's not given a drive letter in 'My Computer'. In W7, go to Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Computer Management and on the left under 'Storage' click "Disk Management". From here you should be able to see the SSD and format it with NTFS.
