Then, at the last second, they make a quick strafe and jiggle around. After that- they spam a few of their darts at you: blinding you. As you get swarmed by a horde of these cunts.

These bastards. I used to be terrified of traveling in Hyrule Field as a kid because these fuckers wouldn't stop spawning. Now, I see they're a joke. Take two hits to kill them, their attacks only do 1/4 of a heart of damage, and with the Hylian Shield, I can sit there and hold R all night until they go away at the morning.

These fuckers. At low, to even mid levels, hell, before you get power armor in my experience, these guys are huge cunts and can take you or your companions down in a couple turns, just from sheer numbers.
Also, since Fallout is a turn based game, each and every single one of them gets their own turn, meaning you have to watch 10 wolves slowly walk over to you and then bit you 3 or 4 times.
I don't know why, but adjusting combat speed doesn't work for me, meaning I have to watch this dull arduous process any time they show up, or reload the game. Since the game's random encounters don't go by level, you'll be seeing these fucks for the entire game. They go from infuriating to tedious and infuriating.

To be fair they ARE junkies, so it's not like they'd think about it.
90 percent of the enemies in Fallout 3 once you get the Combat Shotgun(one of my favorite video game weapons of all time)

Let's be honest, the moment you get the pistol these guys become jokes. Even when they have SMGs their aim is so terrible they're not really a threat. Even on hard, all it takes is two headshots to put them down.
