This can't be a german person who wrote this. If you take what the english sentence should be in english (Well, you look good and you can act! How can it be that you do not want to act? You have potential), I'm pretty certain that it would come out like the sentence in the op. But you can't really just use a direct translate from english to german.
My mediocre German says the syntax is fucked up.
