When it try to launch my game, it either sits there saying "preparing to launch blablabla" Or it eventually says "The steam servers are too busy to handle your request" Ive tried delete client registry.blob, ive tried changing download region, ive tried alot of things. Please help! i want to play gmod.
First, try restarting steam. If that doesn't work try restarting your computer. If that doesn't work try reinstalling some games. If that doesn't work try reinstalling Steam. If that doesn't work I don't know what to say...

Close steam completely (make sure there is no process from steam running), navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam or wherever your steam is installed, and delete ClientRegistry.blob. Then restart steam, and it should fix it.

Try booting in safe mdoe and running a virus scan with MBAM http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
Try uninstalling I0bit Advanced SystemCare. I had a similar problem and it blocked steam. Something called Networksomething came with it. I might look around Steam Forums to find the post about it, so you can keep ASC and still get working Steam.
