I really want to get this tattoo, but I really don't know where I should place it.
I want it to be approx. 5 cm tall, so not very big. Which spots will fit best?

(Don't want it on my back or belly.)

You're going to regret it when you get older. I highly doubt youll still be that into harry potter 30 years from now. But if you must get it on the back of one of your shoulders. Or maybe the middle of your stomach above your belly button

The best place for a tattoo is on your upper arms, near your shoulders. Easy to hide, and easy to reveal at the same time.
