I purchased a second HD 5770 and installed it alongside by first one. Now when I boot my computer doesn't display anything for a couple minutes (display is in standby) and then goes to a flashing underscore (_) in the upper left hand corner. I uninstalled the new card, booted just fine and uninstalled my ATI drivers (per instructions) and tried again to no avail.
Any advice? What's the problem?

Have you tried switching the GPUs? So the older one get's the second port.
I tried disconnecting my drives and peripherals and it went straight to the flashing underscore
I believe the problem is I'm daisy chaining the new 5770's power from the first one's. I ordered a second one so it can run on its own cable from my PSU (since I lost my PSU's other PCI-E cable)

Figured if I'm back to running just 1 for now I'd install new one while I clean out old one
Same thing happened, it's the new card. DOA.
