For some reason, any program I start or anything I open up, it's doing this selected window, un-selected window flashing thing. It's like it keeps selecting the window and un-selecting it constantly.
I'd open up the Start menu and say click on the options for restart or shutdown and it would just close it and select the desktop. It's doing this for every program I have, it's hard to explain so I'll see if I can get a video or something.
I've tried restarting and shutting down for the night but nothing seems to be working. It did this once yesterday but after a restart it didn't do it again.

It flashes between that and it makes doing anything hard, even typing is a pain. Also if multiple windows are up it will switch to another one.
[b]Edit:[/b] It's not doing it while in safemode.
Try booting in Safe Mode and see if it still does it.
Does it still do what it does in the video when you have no other programs open?

Nevermind, I figured out what it was. It was one of my USB's continually trying to autoplay.
