This is a really really big forum. Half the time you won't even have members recognized outside of specific threads or sub-forums. Hell, if you asked any section other than GGD or the TF2 section who I was, they wouldn't have a clue.
The guy he mentioned is a poster who frequents the DeviantArt Appreciation Station.
It's a kid with poor drawing skills that draws MLP and Sonic related fan art in MS Paint and posts it on DeviantArt. The Appreciation Station doesn't like him because he doesn't listen to criticism, continues to draw weird r34 of the above fandoms, and etc etc.
