Does anyone know of a good, serious, active Clockwork : HL2RP server? It's a bonus if it has a decently large community. Any suggestions will do though. Thanks!
They're hard to find. Large communities lack the roleplay or proper management, while the smaller ones usually have both. There are both big and small communities with really good editing on the gamemode.
I'd say stay away from LemonPunch, and try to find servers with 8-12 players. If they do get big, you'll also be in it from the beginning.

I never understood why FP hates lemonpunch. I've been on there tons of times with my friends and it was actually really fun. They gave us real things to do in the factory other than sulk around the plaza and be beaten, I never heard a single "citizens, go isolate", and I didn't see any admin problems either, but I'm not sure; I don't think I've encountered any in the first place. I guess it can be too easy to get guns and ammo as a rebel and too hard to catch a rebel as MPF, but it's still better than some of the other communities I've visited where the metrocops were all-seeing gods that would crack down on someone via metagame because they littered.

The advice about the smaller servers is good, though. Generally they're easier to start on and are pretty eager to greet new players. I was a part of one for a while.
My friend owns a community called Echo13Gaming, but they arent very big. Decent community though.

In my opinion, Lemonpunch staff and its players gave a little bad image from themselves in FP.
Don't get me wrong, I don't hate LP, in fact I was regular user in there. But that ^ saddens me.
Seriously, my experience from Lemonpunch is that it's a pretty good place. RPing is nice, but it can get quite boring as a normal citizen. Sure, there is events and workshifts but latter ones aren't frequent enough. It's probably because the times when I play there, though. There isn't really jobs that don't bound you much into Loyalist side (UNISOC has Medical, Industrial and Science sectors), but not jobs that don't make you Anti-Citizen either (Black market dealer, I'm not quite sure if you can classify Rebel as job).
Not sure if this counts as advertisement, but Lemonpunch is gonna release a new RP server, not for HL2RP, but a GTARP server (in Gmod). I just hope it doesn't get crushed in FP when it's more focused subject of discussing.
