I'm 21 and I still dont grow facial hair, better just fucking shave the few patchy spots that show up every 2-3 weeks

My beard (well, "beard") goes in stages
> clean-shaven
> terrible-looking stubble
> good-looking stubble
> terrible and patchy (now)

It grows in weird patches - sideburns, either side of the goatee (like Ra's Al Ghul), mustache (doesn't quite connect to the goatee). Not much on the cheeks or under the chin.
I have a big ol' family picture coming up on Thanksgiving, so I'll probably just shave it off by then. Although this is probably the longest it's been, I don't want to have my dumb hairy face immortalized on camera.
