Pretty sure I've seen Sony push updates faster than that though.
They want to make sure they don't screw up again and make things even worse.
Sony has handled this pretty well.

I thought they would have learned to test the updates thoroughly before releasing them
The are going to have a maintenance for like 1 or 2 days so I guess they will be because of this.

The update seemed not to damage all systems, only the systems having a 500 GB - 1 TB HDD so i guess there is some sort of broad gap.
And knowing Sony, they might throw in a free game as apology.
They really don't have to give us a free game, but that would be awesome

Yes please. I missed Infamous 2 on Playstation Plus by about 3 hours because they replaced it with the E3 stuff. My friend who just made the switch (from xbox to ps3) also missed Little Big Planet 2 as it was taken out at the same time, so we still don't have any good co-op games to play with each other.

Yeah right now i am downloading LBP Karting from PS+ but i really wanted LBP because it seems like a game you can waste quite a lot of hours in. (right?)

I still play LBP2 and I have been since release day.
