When I play 3D games for a while, it freezes and loops the sound, needing me to restart. I also get BSODs when I run 3D games, but this isn't a guarantee like the freezing and loooping end.
I've had the RAM replaced.
I've had the graphics card replaced.
It's not my external HDD.
It's not daemon tools.
What can I do?
What was your original GPU? And what one are you using now?
How do you know it's ATI specifically? could be the DirectX version your using (Happened to fuck up my video drivers badly one time)
I had an Nvidia geforce 7100 which worked fine. Then an ati radeon hd 2400. now an ati radeon hd 4350. the nvidia worked fine, not the radeon.
Check temps.
Check tempratures? Install the correct drivers and keeping them up to date? and what OS are you using?
