You mean the singleplayer campain? If so, how? You start off way before the point you do in the Spec Ops race. If you just mean singleplayer Spec Ops, thats what I did.
It took me ages to actually get it down to 1:06.60. I'm still trying to beat the IW time.

i don't know how to take a picture of mine, as I'm a faggot who got it for the 360,
But my time was 00:01:03 i got it by sticking to the far right of the map the entire time.
