• Going on vacation, need some help to find good games to play
    24 replies, posted
So I'm leaving for our cabin tomorrow and I need some good NDS, GB(C), GBA, NES, SNES, PSP or PSX games to keep me entertained.
Maybe do something fun and enjoy the vacation instead of playing games all day?
Maybe do something fun and enjoy the vacation instead of playing games all day?
We are going to be there for 3 weeks so it can get boring really fast if the weather doesn't hold up.
SOCOM: Fireteam Bravo is good PSP game.
MediEvil is awesome Can't go wrong with Ocarina Of Time And Majora's mask Cave Story is great Chrash Bandicoot 1 and 3 will always have a special place in my heart Are you playing on emulators? Wow, what a shitty 4000'th post

Don't have a proper Nintendo 64 emulator so OoT and MM isn't going to work. Gotta try MediEvil again, completely forgot about it. (Cave Story and CB1 and 3 is already completed 100%)
JBmod
Didn't GranPC just close your last thread? Don't make a new one.
No it was a duplicate thread accidentally made.
megaman X, yoshi's island and a link to the past are my favourite SNES games. for PS1 i say check out tomba and the oddworld games
I don't need PC mods, nor need I hear that I should do something else. Stop derailing and give me some suggestions. (Thanks to the 3 that actually posted games for the right systems)
Can't go wrong with the classic Tetris.
Can't go wrong with the classic Tetris.
I go Tetris DS, many hours spent there.
oh and for NDS, mario and luigi: bowser's inside story, probably my favourite RPG
or you know you could just put your games down for a very short period of your life and spend time on vacation actually doing things you don't already spend your entire life doing
or you know you could just put your games down for a very short period of your life and spend time on vacation actually doing things you don't already spend your entire life doing
I barely play videogames due to school (I travel 6am and I'm home 5pm everyday except Saturday and Sunday. Thats the reason why I'm stacking up now so I can spend some time enjoying great games.)
PSP or DS
DS: Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia, Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow, Yoshi's Island DS, New Super Mario Bros. Mario Kart DS, Super Princess Peach is a much better game than most people give it credit for, Kirby Squead Squad, Chronotrigger DS, Final Fantasy Fables: Chocobo Tales, Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime, Dragon Quest Monsters Joker GBA if your DS has a GBA slot: Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow, Castlevania: Circle of the Moon, Metroid Fusion, Metroid Zero Mission PSP: Dracula X Chronicles (Symphony of the Night is on it as a bonus game), Monster Hunter Freedom Unite, Ys VI: Ark of Napishtim, Ys: The Oath in Felghana
Battletoads.
I'd recommend: Pokémon Emerald (GBA, pretty much Ruby and Sapphire mashed together) Tony Hawk's Underground 2 (PSP, prett much the same game as THUG 2 only with 3 added levels. No park editor though) And who could forget Super Mario World (SNES of course) I usually bring these games on plane or car trips etc. Oh and by the way, is your PSP jailbroken? Or are you emulating it on your PC?

Well then. In that case you could get Daedalus x64 and Super Mario 64 + Super Smash bros. (Used to play the shit out of this, but now my psp is broken. Luckily enough I got a working N64 at home with Smash bros, but no Mario.) Do you own any of the GTA games for PSP? I'd also suggest looking into Legacy if you like DOOM. There are also ports of Wolfenstein 3D and Duke Nukem.

(Same goes for Snesx9)
All the GTA games on the PSP are good, and Pursuit Force is a great game. As is Chilli Concarnage (If you can find them both)
Maybe sounds a little childish, but 'Drawn to life' are actually pretty fun on ds.
