i know it will be expensive to do as no one would want a infared attachment, so you would have to install a wifi box to your tv and sky and so on but a house remote would be awesome, control your lights and have a big ass remote for the tv with maybe a tv guide on the right hand side?

I think its probably gonna be the ones that show off the device's new things better, like accommodating for the bigger screen, processing power etc. Everybody loves a few tech demos to show off their new gadgets with, especially when its gonna take a lot longer for people to develop more larger and fully-featured pieces of software.
And I'm with Ibutsu on the game dev thing. Hope our game can achieve that bit of tech demo goodness while being a fun game to play (And doing C-Objective for the first time lol).
What would be nice is a miniature mixing table. Where you can mix songs and adjust audio like a DJ.

But none of those apps are made for the iPad. The apps that will make it worth buying is the new ones designed for the ipad.
