A program that gives me lots of money at the click of a button.
An alarm clock on android that can be made to work to a calender. E.g I can set it to not activate on the weeks when I'm not a college, this makes it unnecessary to deactivate it and so you don't oversleep if you forget to reactivate it and also prevents a rude awakening.

Wouldn't that take forever to setup? Like... Setting the days that you are in college and the days you aren't?
A program that can detect your location and tell you where the nearest ATM/Gas station is.

most colleges don't have that many individual breaks so with date ranges and patterns it'd be pretty easy
my only holiday this semester is spring break.

Bit hard to explain this but
It would work like this, you initially set it like you would a normal alarm clock. Then you would blacklist it on the weeks when your not in. It may take a while to setup I know but this would be done at the beginning of the year where you have the time to get these things sorted.
