I would check, but I'm capped, just the normal consoles, I want to get the cheapest ones...
Not the elites, just standard ones, I live in melbourne, australia, I would look, but I'm capped to 5kb/s and some sites don't even load, and I don't care what place either, Cash Converters, EB Games, whatever.
Have you tried ebay?
Do they have craigslist in Australia? if so check there

I second that. I even got my PC from there, and saved about $1,200.00. All I had to replace was the power supply. Surely someone is selling a 360, but ask to test it first. I'm sure there are many out there that would love to sell you a red-ringed 360.
Edit: @shatteredwindow I always give whatever second hand items I buy a good inspection, test, and inquiry before I buy. I don't like to pay a lot for second hand stuff anyway.
Don't buy it second hand, it is not worth it. All the people I know who have bought it used have had it RROD, just buy it new.
Walmart

I'm sure there's consoles below 250.
Dodgey back alleys in chinatown.
There's a Chinatown in Australia?
Dumpster. Fix a RROD'd Xbox. Bound to be plenty.

Only place there isn't Chinatown is china.
If you bought a RROD Xbox couldn't you just send it to microsoft to get it repaired for free?
If you bought a RROD Xbox couldn't you just send it to microsoft to get it repaired for free?
Most RRoD Xbox have their 3 years warranty expired by now, and you'll never know if the previous owner have tampered it or not. A seal cannot represent anything, as anyone can just stick on another one.

Have a book, I'm buying a 360 for the first time... I haven't bought it yet...

You can have a book too, because he was suggesting you to buy a already-RRoD'd Xbox.
Oh.... Right, not gonna' risk it anyway, just a new one.
I'd like abit of answers, I'm going to get it tomorrow.
