At this point it would be like polishing a turd, but you definitely need a GPU first. You could go for a sub $200 GPU but i bet that e2200 would bottleneck it.
I would say save your money til you have about $350 to 450 and you can get a basic i3-2100/mobo/ram/gpu setup
But if you're hell bent on upgrading now i looked up your motherboard and it doesn't support much for cpu upgrades

I guess i'll save my money.
I would just buy a cheap GPU, maybe a 5650 or something like that, as it is cheap and will help your performance.
It also means you won't probably need a new PSU, as it does not take a lot of power.
