For what it's worth, the video in the article was only posted three days ago, and the video's description says that the mod has been rebooted.
I always get confused between the RAGE engine and id Tech 5, the engine for RAGE.
Holy fuck, they managed to add missions? That was one of the things that I've never, ever seen GTAIV modders do, props to them for getting it working.
Holy shit just release a beta. I don't mind the lack of missions, I just want to roam around
