If the fans are too loud, you can always change them.
What is your intended budget? Noctua has some new ones that are supposed to be as good as prolimatech and almost silent. Also, I have been told that the Thermalright Venomous X has better benches than the megahalem.

It shouldn't matter because its the fans that make noise. If noctua fans are silent, then use noctua fans with the prolimatech
