holy shit
Anyone got a link to said scene? The one linked in the article has been taken down.
That's a lot of disarmed nukes. That sounds great.
Sure is a good message they are trying to convey.
Goddamnit PC is the most violent platform.
Goddamnit PC is the most violent platform.
Its very easy to get a trainer on PC and just inflate the nuke count.
I actively made as many nukes as I could
PC players will never live to see that scene themselves.
PC players will never live to see that scene themselves.
That's what the Internet and/or Trainers are for.

Most trainers that cut out the grinding and deployment bullshit by maxing out your resources automatically give you 8 full nukes as well, so that doesn't help much.
I have a nuke in development. But it's bugged. Happened when they introduced separate resource stashing. So if developing nukes count, PC is fucked, unless it's cheated.
Lol 360 has more nukes than Xbox One.

Another small scene that will pop up without any context or buildup. Nothing that expands the game or is worth seeing. I rather have a Directors Cut on Phantom Pain that includes the removed last mission.

I don't know where you have this from, but this is not true. It's just another cutscene.
And theres the nucleae storage facility in MGS aswell.
To be fair, MGS1 has Snake act on the MG2 knowledge by claiming 'everyone knows they dismantled the nukes.' Then Campbell and Naomi promptly correct him by saying not only are people still building nukes despite the claims otherwise of the first world powers, the nukes they disarmed for good press are really just sitting in numerous places unable to be disposed of and never able to fully go away.

nuclear weapons were not completely abandoned in the 1990s; the Soviet Union and Communist Bloc collapsed as it did in reality; CIS forces, formed around Russia, fought Zanzibar Land in the Mercenary War, rather than interventions from both East and West; Gustava Heffner was a former member of the Czech Secret Police rather than an active one.
