I stopped going there recently because it's just fucking disgusting.
But I used to get chicken selects, fries, coke, cheeseburgers and parfaits. Not all together, just usually a mixture of those things.

I don't go to Mcdonalds much anymore though we go to burger king now.
I remember there being a road leading straight from my home to MacDonalds. I don't go there anymore.
Mainly because health > taste IMO. It's just food, why let something so common endanger your health? :v:

BTW me and my friends noticed that McDonalds' hamburgers are really small in Europe and America compared to over here (Israel).
Here's a picture of what I think is an American McDonald's hamburger, note how it is about the same size of the fries:

I can hold Euro and American hamburgers with one hand, while Israeli hamburgers take two hands to hold.
And sorry about the small size of the pictures, couldn't find ones with fries on the side to compare that were decent.
