OK, so I got this WordPress website I made recently and have a plugin I want to install but I'm not entirely sure where to install it and how.
It says
Upload cpalead/ directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
The file I downloaded is a .rar with a .php file.

Where is this directory and how do I upload it?
It says, /wp-content/plugins/......
Have you tried using Wordoress's own plugin installation system? It's way easier than this
1. Upload `cpalead/` directory to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
2. Activate the CPALead plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
3. Goto Settings - CPALead Gateway Options
4. Enter the name of the page where you want the gateway displayed, chose whether it is a post or page, and paste your My Gateway code into the box.

Yeah, that's where I think the problem is, Plugins is not in my dashboard. Is there a way to enable it?

If its not in your dashboard, you wont be able to use plugins at all since you can't activate them
and its on by default
