HDMI output sound + 5.1 Sub at same time?

Hey, I have following setup:

5.1 Speakers (Sub + 5 speakers connected to it but not right now, right now it's just sub)
Monitor with speakers via HDMI.
Headphones plugged into 5.1 controller (small volume thingy on desk that's connected to sub)

Is there any way to make it so sub and monitor plays at same time? So monitor speakers + bass is present?

Also is there any software or something that would let me quickly switch between headphone (5.1 in my case) and monitor + sub. Like two profiles? Right now I have to change default device in audio settings on Windows which is a bit annoying.
