Its pretty amazing that IBM still does most of the R&D of the tech industry.
Another step forward for miniaturisation, I guess. Smaller these chips get, the more things they can fit in; this could be handy for computerised clothing and other kinds of wearable computers.
I like to imagine when this all started; maybe not IBM specifically, but the corporation of the tech industry, because nanotubes, really.
