So I had this PC since 2011 and I think it needs to be upgraded in the graphics department. I only have 190 dollars, 60 is going to SR4 but for a decent upgrade, I am fine with going over my budget.

Current specs except I own Win7 64 Bit.
I am Australian so everything will be overpriced here.
You might want to consider just buying a new PC and reusing the hard drive, RAM and optical drive. Cause Pentiums are that great and yeah, the 5450 is not a very strong card.
Very tricky with a $190 budget, and since Australian stuff is so expensive, there's really no point upgrading until you have enough money to spend on a new motherboard, processor and graphics card (probably a new psu as well).
