I was playing around with the panel settings and I deleted Panel 3, one of the default panels. Now my desktop just shows a blank blue screen and nothing else, I can't right click and I can't drag anything to it. What do I do?

Also, I'm using Xubuntu.
Re-install or safe mode to restore the menu settings.
