How does this build sound for 400 euros (500 dollars)?

Hey there, so I'm thinking about getting new build. I don't plan on spending more than 400ish euros since I don't need ultra high build.

This is my current build:

AMD Athlon II X3 440 Processor (3.0GHz)
2 x 2GB Kingstom RAM
GIGABYTE GA-M720-US3
ATI HD 4670 1GB

This is the build that I thought of getting:

AMD Phenom II X4 960T
MSI 870S-C45 (FX) AM3+
HDD SATA3 7200 500GB WD Caviar Blue
DDR3 4GB 1600MHz AMD Entertainment
POWERCOLOR Radeon HD 6770 1GB GDDR5
LC POWER 925B 600W

The max I will add is around 30 euros, so it's like minor upgrade to some part (maybe for motherboard/graphic card ?) . I will also be able to add some parts from current build (like RAM)

There is also this pre-build (which I'm not too fond of, I prefer buying parts separately) for 390 euros:

AMD FX 4100 X4 3.6GHz BE
GA-M68MT-S2P
8GB DDR 1600MHz Kingston HyperX
AMD Radeon HD 6790 1GB
1TB SATA II
Spire Sonex 6010 550 W

It would help me out if you could tell me how does the build I thought of getting sound and if the pre-build is any good.

Oh, and I currently have 1366x768 monitor, so I can run everything with ease. Can anyone tell me how would these builds perform on larger resolutions?

Do link to a retailer from your country. You can do much better then athlons and 6770ies.
