Just want to know if will run games pretty well.
Case: Thermaltake Commander Mid-Tower Gaming Case (White)
CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-3470 3.20 GHz 6MB
CPU Cooler: CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Evo Gaming Cooling Fan
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 1GB 16X PCIe 3.0 Video Card
PSU: 430 Watts - Corsair CX430 V2 80 Plus Certified Power Supply
HDD: 1TB SATA-III 6.0Gb/s 32MB Cache 7200RPM HDD
SDD: 64GB SanDisk SATA III 6.0Gb/s SSD
RAM: 16GB (8GBx2) DDR3/1333MHz Dual Channel Memory Corsair
MotherBoard: MSI Z77A-G41 Intel Z77 Chipset DDR3 ATX Mainboard
Optical Drive: 24X Double Layer Dual Format DVD+-R/+-RW + CD-R/RW Drive
OS: Microsoft® Windows 7 Home Premium
Looks good, some pointers:
CPU: Get the i5-3570K cpu , else the z77 mobo's expensive overclocking features and the hyper 212 cooler will be useless.
GPU: The 650 isnt really all that great, maybe you can squeeze in a 7850?
PSU: Gooid choice, it cannot handle the crossfire/SLI that is supported by your mobo though.
SSD: Leave this out to pay for your better CPU and GPU, If you can afford it get an Intell/Samsung/Crucial.
RAM:8GB is enough
OS: Windows 8 is cheaper and a little bit better.

It's slightly better than the 7850, so yes if it fits the budget.

The ammount of ram a gpu has doesnt really matter compared to the model. Hell you can buy a 2gb gpu for 30$.

Also OP you might wanna look at the 7870 instead of the 660 ti.
They are the same in performance but the 7870 is around 50-70$ cheaper.

For that price you can build a system around a i5 3570k + GTX 670
