I thought "Ah, sign up for it, why not, might be a laugh."
I took a look around the site, and it turned me off... I mean, MMLOL? What?
I just watched the trailer...
It just reuses lines from the show for dialogue. I mean, I know it's just a trailer, but it wouldn't surprise me if that was what the entire game was comprised of.
Dunno, i'll go against everyone and give it a chance. I love family guy, seems decent.
Imagine if this was an amazing game. Would you be willing to deal with the 9 year olds and bad jokes to play it?
No. If people were willing to do that, Runescape would still have a decent community.
Family Guy isn't even that funny in the first place. And how would an online Family Guy game even work?
This is just destined to fail.
I was in the closed beta, Couldn't even get in because the servers were flooded.
omg i cant wait for ncis to do the same
How does this even work?
I hope the people working on making this cry themselves to sleep at night.
Ok just played it and reached lvl 8, Currently lvl 12 is max lvl.
Pretty much you walk around and talk to family guy characters and they ask you to do missions for them,
e.g Chris tells you to collect some logs, hat and some rope to get peter back.
You earn clothing and consumables to use.
Sometimes at the end of the quest or start they play family guy clips relating to the quest.
Combat isn't fun though, Pretty boring...Also you can enter family guy characters houses and find certain items so if you remember from the show chris has a evil monkey, You check his closet and you get rewards/trophies and achievements.
It's for the fans mostly so they can relate to the show.
I think this is supposed to be more for really dedicated Family Guy fans rather than gamers in general
there was a hello kitty mmo, why not family guy i guess?

This, more or less. I just played the beta...its actually suprisingly well made. But it definitely is only for kids and fans of the show to have a go on.
