Cortex Command is pretty dope, especially fun if you mod shit to your liking and make some of your own factions for friends and shit

Helldivers has 4-player local co-op and Renegade Ops has 2-player local. Both very fun twin-stick shooters.

I guess its mostly recent games and not counting remakes. Castle Crashers is pretty old though, being released in 2012.

The title says "local" not like a local network or something , I don't think you can play aoe2 on one PC
