yeah elite which is released in 2014 is going to face so much competition from star citizen which is released in 2016

Why is there competition between these two anyway? It's not like big open 'world' space games are extremely common or anything.
I'm gonna get both (already got Elite for that matter) and I'm looking forward to both and I don't see why other fans of the genre wouldn't.
They've also expressed much interest in their latest video in adding the ability to walk throughout your ship to do internal and also external repairs, and also fly down to planets.
