Yeah higher quality texturepacks each year wooooo thanks cod
The Treyarch games still going to be the only one worth looking at.
Looks like they have hit their limit on being able to do something different every game now.

remember when treyarch made the worst ones and everyone hated them and waited in eager anticipation for the infinity ward one?
i do
now their standard is so horribly low that the treyarch ones are the GOOD ones
Buy still have 3 developers so that a game is released every year.
Good job.

No, I don't.
Treyarch were behind Call of Duty: United Offensive (which is arguably the best Call of Duty game), Call of Duty 2: The Big Red One, 3 (which is perhaps the worst one, but is still a decent game), 5, BlackOps and BlackOps II.

that is a list of really, really, really bad games

I'd take those over mw2 and 3 any day
What they should really do is release a game every two years. They are really testing the fatigue of their fans by releasing a game every year.

Let's be honest that name is starting to sound pretty ironic now.

I still think the best one in the entire series is COD4/MW which was Infinity Ward.

Untied ofensive was one of the best CoD games made. You're crazy man!
My favorites would have to be CoD 4, WaW and BO

I think it's safe to say Rusty has officially began his tour down pessimism lane

in terms of impact for me, The first CoD and UO rank highest followed by 2, then CoD 4 and the first Black Ops as the best of the post 4 Era.
United Offensive to me still is bar none the best expansion to an FPS ever.

You have to be drinking spoiled milk
Big Red One was like Band of Brothers: The Game
I still have really fond memories of COD4. Played that game for hours upon hours upon hours.
UO was great too.
Dear Activision,
Stop with the CoD.
Signed,
Everybody ever
Treyarch are the only people to think and make a decent story that you can follow, even if it's short and sweet I feel like they always make something wonderful
Also they pay attention to the games look and feel a lot, every game seems really different graphically when you compare it with others

I thought Brothers in Arms was 'Band of Brothers: The Game'.

Hopefully now there'll be quite a lot more about those games that makes 'em worth it, considering how much more time they'll be given and how much they were able to do in BO2 even with the time constraints.
I'm also curious to see just how bad Sledgehammer can be when they're actually going on their own, from what I understand MW3 had a very messy development cycle so it'll at least be interesting to see how they'll do now (not saying I'm hopeful, just morbidly curious).

Graphics and sound, Treyarch's CoD games have a very crisp look and feel to them.
I hope people just stop buying them. Specially after that pile of shit Ghosts was
I went on a CoD binge a few days ago, because even if CoD is a bit bland, its still fun, so I played blops 2 right before ghosts, and holy shit was ghosts bad, even compared to other CoD games, at least blops2 felt like the same as the previous games, but ghosts was just awful, every gun was the fucking same thing, the single player was boring at best, that dog they made such a huge huff about appeared in all of 2 missions, and was just all around shit
COD4 and MW2 were the best for me in terms of gameplay, ofc, MW2 had the no real servers flaw... but it was really fun to play!
MW3 is shit, black ops 1 SP was pretty cool, but the multiplayer is boring, BO2 is shit, can't even play ghosts because it's 64bit only
BO2 had the best SP in my opinion, and the most balanced MP aside from lack of sight lines on maps making sniper rifles redundant
i mean, it was actually developed upon to the point where it had some replayability and you could choose which guns to start with which was a nice change
cod 2 was awesome, cod 4 was awesome too, cod WAW was awesome, cod mw2 was awesome until hackers, bo1 was good, mw3 ???, bo2 was ok, ghosts mmmmmmm it was not THAT bad
CoD1 was good
CoD: UO was good
CoD2 was good
CoD2: BR1 was good
Never played CoD3 so meh
CoD4 was good
CoD: WaW was good
CoD: MW2 was not good
CoD: Blops was good
CoD: MW3 was horrid
CoD: Blops2 was fantastic
CoD: Ghosts is a steaming pile of excrement
