You know that problem people had back then(a few months ago?)
Where people couldn't access steam community because IE would block it through a firewall. Well so many people seemed to have figured it out but for me, I did as it said, but still nothing. I haven't been able to view anything on the Steam community for a good 4-6 months now. In fact for any gmod downloads I have to use my external hdd to get anything interesting from my laptop.
So how do I fix this?

I do, and in fact firefox doesn't load it either(right now I have beta 5, but I also used the previous versions of firefox and Chrome.)

Bugs everywhere, sometimes you can't play your games. You wanna play your games when you dont have internet connection, and then you press on "Play offline" then a message arrives "The connection was invalid".
Then a guy on chat spamming so much you can't use your pc.
To many adverts, I mean everywhere! Like for a week ago 20.000 people on Modern Warfare 2 got VAC banned for nothing and now they are sorry for that accident //steam.
Well I do know it aint much reasons but I hate Steam :(
Also they got prices that are 75% more then in the shops xo
