So, for the longest time, I've used ASIO4ALL v2 with a Steinberg CI-1 to record electric guitar lines, but then suddenly one day recently I started to hear constant loud static, and if I played notes I could hear a very faint guitar sound, but mainly it's just static. I've tried replacing the interface's drivers with ones from Steinberg's website but that didn't work, and I've fiddled with ASIO's settings a bit. Nobody online seems to have a fix. Anybody have any idea?
UPDATE: this shit just got freaky
i'm hearing radio signals or something admist the static, it sounds like music maybe, i don't know if i'm just hearing things but this is crazy
the interface works in raw input, like windows native sound
