• Monitor recommendations? 16:10 24"

I've currently got a Samsung 2232BW which is 1680x1050 max, I'd like to stream at a higher resolution, which is obviously not possible if the game can't get bigger, so I plan on getting a new monitor! I'd like a 16:10, 24" monitor with a minimum resolution of 1920x1200. Any suggestions? Cheers.
I've always had good luck and clear picture/contrast with Samsung Syncmaster monitors. I use the 2333w.
Yeah I currently have a SyncMaster, I was looking at the Samsung SyncMaster S24A450BW.
The 120 extra lines are going to cost a lot over 1080p despite the small difference. No mass productions, etc. A shame.

I bought this Samsung SyncMaster SA300 from Overclockers when it was in the 'Get VAT back' sale for £100. Absolute bargain, it's a really nice monitor and is such a drastic difference from my old crappy 19" monitor. It's now £124.99 if you claim the VAT back.
I recently got this: http://www.amazon.com/Dell-UltraSharp-U2412M-LED-Monitor/dp/B005JN9310 Top class for the price. It's eIPS too which means color quality is miles above standard TN stuff. Though it's not nearly as good as "full" IPS monitors (but then again, full IPS monitors are much more expensive, and they have awful response times making them bad for things that involve motion). It also has an IPS-glow type effect when the monitor is on and your screen is showing a predominantly black scene (google it to see what I mean). Other than that, great monitor. Great quality. Also supports portrait viewing if you want that type of thing.
I recently got the 1920x1080 version of this: http://www.welovetech.co.uk/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=122862682 It's a pretty nice monitor. Good picture quality but the best part is its amazing design.
120 pixels is every penny worth it if you can afford it.
I want to ask, how much of a difference will the 120 lines be for gaming and office work (coding+Word). A decent 1080p is ~170Euro, while decent 1200p is ~250 Euro. Does it justify the 80 Euro price increase?
Got the Dell P2411H a while back refurbished, it's absolutely fantastic if you can get it for a good price. Has really good rotation, tilt and hight adjustment, great build quality, very bright and good contrast. Would recommend it.

One of my friends bought this and it's quite good. The IPS is pretty cool since there's almost no contrast or colour changes at any angles.
I take it that when you're specifically looking for a 16:10 you would want a "professional" monitor. One thing comes to mind is the Asus http://www.asus.com/Display/LCD_Monitors/PA248Q/
