Odd fan problem?

Hi, i just put in a new motherboard (old one got fried) and i start it up and this one fan is spinning like crazy, so i check it out, of my 2 graphics cards (Radeon 5850 x 2) one of their fans is spinning at almost 2000rpm.

I check the temps and they are all around 40-55 Celsius.

Any idea? ( i reinstalled my comp b/c a got a new mobo) If i install catalyst would it work?

Never mind, the problem was the graphics card wasn't pushed in all the way.

You should be able to change the speed in catalyst
