Bandicam crashes when choosing the H.264 codec (AMD APP version)

I have an AMD Radeon HD 7870 and I'm trying to use the h.264 codec so I can record videos in-game. For some reason, when I select h.264 and click OK after I've set everything up, Bandicam just closes itself with no error, log or crash dump. I have read on Bandicam's site: "HD 7700 series or higher AMD graphics cards (R7 260, R9, etc.) support the AMD H.264 encoder." But surely, my 7870 should support the encorder since it's better than the 7700 series and the R7 260.
Anyway here are my PC specs if it helps anyone,
Motherboard: ASUS M5A78L-M LX V2
CPU: AMD FX-6300 (clocked at 3.5GHz)
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB DDR3 1600MHz
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7870 2GB GDDR5
Drives: 240GB OCZ ARC 100 SSD + 2TB Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM HDD
OS: Windows 10 Pro
Bandicam version 2.0.2.655
Thanks in advance :)
