• Windows Will Not Boot Anymore

So yeah, like the title says my computer has encountered a pretty nasty problem. I can boot past/access BIOS but once windows 7 starts booting my computer restarts. System Restore didn't fix the problem and System Repair didn't find a problem. This computer was built by yours truly and has never had any major issues like this one in almost a year since time of build. Some wacky stuff went down before this problem started. Windows started telling me that new hardware had been installed when I didn't mess with any drivers or components. Also my internet dropped out and since i am wired in to a universities dorm internet my roommates were able to confirm that the internet was still up for them, which means it was a problem with my system. I restarted my computer in hopes that it would connect again and then this problem started. I've made sure all the components are properly secured and the the computer is well ventilated. Here are my specs - GIGABYTE GA-H55M-S2V LGA 1156 Intel H55 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Core i5-650 Clarkdale 3.2GHz 4MB L3 Cache LGA 1156 73W Dual-Core Desktop Processor - GeForce 9800 gtx+ Video Card - Seagate Barracuda 320GB 7200 RPM HDD - Thermaltake TR2-430W Power Supply (I grabbed this from my previous build to save money. My money is on the problem being this, even though it worked fine for a year with this build. 430w is a small wattage for these components) Any other thoughts or ideas for what the problem is would be much appreciated. Also, let me know if there's any more information I can provide about the build. Gentlemen.
A power issue wouldn't make Windows reboot like this, it would most likely just shutdown once your components started asking for too much power. If you have something like a Ubuntu LiveCD somewhere, try booting it. See what happens.
Install Linux
Try again but spam the F8 key and see if you can boot into safe mode, if you cannot you have to figure a way to reformat. There isn't really anything you can do to diagnose if you can't get into the operating system.
Thanks for the ideas. I'm gonna format a flash drive to boot ubuntu and see if that works cause I don't have any blank cds lying around. I know reformatting can be easily done through command prompt so I can leave that as a plan B.
