Well for one you can get a better power supply for cheaper. This isn't just for you, more of a PSA to everyone who thinks Corsair "makes" (rebrands) the best power supplies.

Seriously people, there are way better value and performing power supplies. Not saying Corsair are bad quality or anything, it's just 99% of the time (unless you're looking at the CX series) there [B]will[/B] be a better deal out there.

The Sabertooth motherboard is a huge waste, you're spending nearly as much on the motherboard as on the processor when it has next to nothing to do with performance.
