Google seems broken in Windows 10

2 days ago, I reinstalled Windows 10 in my new SSD, and suddenly now only Google started appearing like this for some reason.

OS is Windows 10 PRO 64 bit, browser is Chrome and Microsoft Edge (its the same on both, and it only happens on Google, none other sites seem affected).
It takes a while to load a simple google search for some reason, and so far i've tried:
- Reinstalling Video Drivers
- Deleting all cookies
- Clearing browsers Cache
- Rebooting PC several times
- Disabling all extensions

None of this seem to work and I'm desperate trying to figure out what the heck is going on with the PC.
I didn't know any other section to put this in, and this seemed like the appropiate one.
