Listen, i know we're not supposed to post about "schoolpunch", but i thought that this stupidity deserved a thread in fast threads. Hence the stupid icon :keke: So today in History class, we were supposed to type a 1 page report on one of the people from the 1800s or whatever blah blah blah. I finished this in 10 minutes like every other report, so i decided to have some fun. I know that our school librarian monitors the students' computers from a computer in her office or whatever, and i had a funny [citation needed] idea. I decided to open a new Word document and write in big letters:
☻Hello there! I can see that you are monitoring my computer!☻
I shit you not, the librarian prints out a screenshot of it, hauls ass over to me and my computer, and yells at me to shut it off and go to the Principal's office. Long story short, he yelled at me about it jeapardizing our school's security, and that it was "very disrespectful." :airquote: The principal was so mad when he was yelling at me, he was about to cry. During my whole lecture, i just sat there nodding and "mhmm-ing" to whatever it called for. This has got to be the stupidest thing i've ever gotten in trouble for. :pseudo: [editline]10:20 PM[/editline] Even my mom thought it was stupid when i told her about it. :bang: [editline]4:18 AM[/editline] How could this possibly be late?
lol It's not a big deal the principle is insane.
Why didn't you ask them what was so disrespectful about it?
lol It's not a big deal the principle is insane.
Yeah, i know. He kept telling me i was going to get a detention but he never wrote up the slip for it. :downs: [editline]09:54PM[/editline]
Why didn't you ask them what was so disrespectful about it?
I dunno. I didn't really feel like asking a question that would probably get me more trouble. Also, he thought i was on hotmail. :downsbravo:
I love messing with teachers, they dont yell at me :). Exception: Just remembered i got in trouble a few times
I love messing with teachers, they dont yell at me :). Exception: Just remembered i got in trouble a few times
Yeah. Also, me and a friend got in trouble for writing little vbs scripts that when you ran them, asked you to type your name in then press ok, then it would say "Hello, name!" or whatever we thought was funny. Our school's librarian and principal are dolts and i think we need more tech savvy people in the world of education.
I got in trouble for calling this really bitchy girl beaver (she has buck teeth) and they said I was sexually harassing her. That was Freshman year though. Haven't been in trouble more much stupid stuff since then. Only get in trouble be really bad shit, or talkings-to for acting childish from time to time. lol
Yeah, it was ridiculous

Nice story OP. Our school's IT system is kinda retarded.
ROFL, at our school the comps don't get monitored. However, they DO have a lot of blocked stuff. Location: Mission Bay High.
Wasn't me, but my friend sent around a fake school newsletter to every student email that was actually one of those command prompt things that says it is scanning and then shuts down your computer. My cousin also got SUSPENDED for sending a kid one of those things that creates a 'cup holder' for you. The kid complained that he couldn't get the thing to close...
Whenever I did that, the teacher just smiled at me like a pedophile. I never tried it again.
Whenever I did that, the teacher just smiled at me like a pedophile. I never tried it again.
:goleft:
There was an "Ask a Teacher" program in our schools computers and one day I was so bored I asked,"Are you watching me?" I got like 30 'yes' answers and a visit to the principals office. Got a friggin' Detention.
