• The "shutdown" command, permissions...

Very simple question which I hope has an easy answer; I'd like to get remote shutdown working on my Home network. All computers are connected to a wireless home network, and all use Windows 7. I can detect the computers with the "net view" command, and I have the physical addresses of each computer written down. However, the command "shutdown -s -m \\COMPUTER" just returns "Access Denied (5)". This account (the only one, in fact) has administrator privileges. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any help!
I don't know if this is universal but to elevate a lot of things you end it with %1 or ,%1
Seems like syntax error wherever I put it. Could you write an example?
Actually I believe I was wrong. You can use the 'runas' command and point to your program. It may work with a direct command. Have never tried it.
It's gonna be a bit harder then that on a client to client network.
Is there any simple software I could use for the same thing then? I mean, I can do without it but it would be pretty darn convenient.
