This idea ironically occurred in a dream yesterday. Post anything here that you'd like to confess that frightens you. Can be fictional, non-fictional, a song, a book/story, a drawing/picture in detail, etc. You can post more than one thing if you like. PICS AND VIDEOS ARE OPTIONAL. One thing that might scare you a little might scare someone a lot so be careful what pic/video you post so links are a better option.
I'll start:
1. Stephen Gammell's artwork along with the Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark Trilogy. You know, for kids! Link to a mini-gallery(May be NSFW. They're pretty damn terrifying):http://forum.ebaumsworld.com/showthread.php?t=179928
2. Bloodborne post-[sp]Vicar Amelia[/sp]. This game really throws you in a loop on what the theme and setting of the game really is. It's not only difficult, but some of the new enemies are so monstrous that it's pretty damn intimidating to continue to the end.
3. Backwater Gospel. Just what the fuck man?!
puppets.

i got over it, though.

you know, i'm starting to doubt myself on that last part.
fucking needles FUCK NEEDLES
and wasps FUCK THAT SHIT
what comes after heartbreak
mannequins
World ending space shit--- things like gamma ray bursts. What scares me the most is stuff we can predict though, like a massive asteroid headed for Earth in X amount of time, with the unlikelihood of us being able to do anything about it.
Thinking about it just makes my mind snowball into nonsense that scares me even more, like the possibility of witnessing my friends and family become human scum just for the fuck of it near the end.
Weird/creepy things that work their way into video games, like Hong Kong 97 using a real dead body on it's game over screen The Weird Run screens from Gameboy Camera and the Original Xbox Having weird hidden ambient sounds if you leave it for too long
I don't know why, but this sound in HL2 always creeped me out
Everything being just black, or the idea of it.
I'm afraid of being alone in the dark. I don't know why, but it just creeps me out.
fucking needles FUCK NEEDLES

Pretty common. I remember hating needles because a certain allergy medicine came with a procedure every 6 weeks or so to get your blood drawn to see the results of the medication on your allergic reactions. It got worse because I didn't like needles, so I stopped taking it and used Zyrtec. I feel great now, but my parents were mad at me that they spent a buttload of money on this allergy medicine that could cure my ailments in the spring, only for me to hate needles and not take the medication.
I'll think I'll add another one: End of The World. Similar to what Maud said, there are so many things out there in the universe and here on Earth that could wipe us out in the blink of an eye. Dying stars, giant asteroids, super volcanoes, nuclear war, and so on. The real kicker that starts the anarchy in films or by nutjobs in the real world: They could happen at anytime. You may prevent it, you may delay it, the calculations might exaggerate it, but it will all end eventually. All you have to do is pray that the end doesn't come around to your generation or the next one.
Deadlines and wordcounts.
I have the oddly specific fear of getting stuck directly in the head by lightning, causing my brain to explode. I don't know why it's that specific.
Not really sure if this is a fear, but I get a queasy feeling every time I think about damage to the circulatory system. I don't really think it's the blood, per se; I think blood is cool. Love it. Gotta have it. When you tell me of a stabbing, gunshot wound, etc. I'd think nothing of it, but when you mention arteries and veins specifically being slashed or something, I begin to curl.
Spiders, fuck em, they scare the shit out of me. Even the small harmless ones just plain freak me out. Surprisingly though, Spiderman is one of my favorite superheroes.

Shit, same boat. Spiderman is the one I love, but also the one who represents one of the things I hate the most.

Reminds me of something like that: I really feel uneasy about someone's heart being ripped out. It's so symbolic with the center of your very being, love, and whatnot and yet so simple to be unnerved about it when someone just tears it right out of your chest. Give me all the gore you want, but the instant someone gets "Kali-Ma'd", I just curl up in a ball.

Oh man, I'm pretty opposite with that, I think Kali-Ma's are pretty metal :v:
I have an utter fear of getting attacked by people who gang up on me.
Have nightmares about alien parasites as first contact. Also Nuclear war used to scare me a shitload.
Blue screens of death/crashes in the middle of the night.
Choking. When I was younger I had two pieces of hard candy in my mouth, started laughing and started choking. That terrifying fear of not being able to breathe, and not being able to swallow was horrifying.
I'm afraid of walking on bridges. This is namely because I almost feel off a rickety wooden bridge when I was younger.
Oceans.
Wasp nests. Not so much the wasps (Though I avoid them too), but the nests themselves.
It might be trypophobia, but the uneven honeycomb and the papery material they're made out of makes me completely uneasy, and I cringe at the thought of touching one.

Did anyone ever figure out who that was?

Jesus fucking christ.

The Xbox dashboard was fucking creepy, man.
Actually, all consoles from that generation had weird dashboards.

I have the exact same fear. No problem with needles, blood, even gore. But thinking about veins and such is cringe inducing.
My friend forced me to imagine someone grabbing a vein in their wrist and twanging it like a guitar string and I almost screamed.
The worst thing is if you try to describe this to most people they just think you're a pussy :/

Fuck, I've never heard that backwards before. The first part is the fucking same even in reverse, and then there's the screaming too.
And then layered on top of each-other.. I wasn't trying to sleep tonight anyways.

Blindness.
