<snip> Ok, my budget has increased by $400 to $600 TOTAL, and this is what I've come up with. Don't forget that I have a 320GB HDD that I'll use for the computer its self, and a CPU [IMG_Thumb]http://errur.com/i/images/8637_HTPCGAMINGPCbuild.png[/IMG_Thumb] Any thoughts or am I good to go? And I want to spend as little as possible. I choose that MOBO because it has an Optical Audio Out port which is what I want. I'll be using the 1TB HDD and External Enclosure to transport files between my gaming PC and this one. I'm going to be putting the GTX 460 into my gaming PC and same for the PSU. I'll be moving the GTS 250 and 550w PSU that's in my gaming PC to the one I'm building right now.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139008 It'll cost you more, but Corsair is a somewhat more reputable brand and their PSUs are very nice. If you don't like the LED fan, spend the $5-10 on a non-LED fan and replace it. You won't be able to burn DVDs on that DVD player, just a heads up. You could go for this combo deal: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.435082 It'll save you some cash, and the PSU is nice (I have one, but 600W) It has a $20 rebate on it too. Make sure you get the rebate on the GPU, it's like, $20 that way.
1: Whats your budget? 2: Why are you buying open box products?

I have all of the necessary parts and cables, and it's cheaper
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139008 It'll cost you more, but Corsair is a somewhat more reputable brand and their PSUs are very nice. I have a Rosewill PSU in my desktop gaming PC, it works fine, Rosewill is a fine company. I am well aware that I cannot burn discs, it's just a PC for streaming video over my network, and watching DVDs
Still, the DVD burner is $1 more. Actually cheaper because it has free shipping.
You might need more storage than 320 gig. I've got 1.3TB storage in my HTPC, and it's got 1TB free storage after I loaded about 40 films on there.

Also I'll get the DVD Burner that was in the combo
