I want to build a PC that can AT LEAST play the following in max quality.
World of Warcraft
Fallout 3/New vegas
GTA IV
Borderlands
Starcraft 2
and I'd like it to be ready for when Diablo 3 comes out altho I have been told Diablo 3 doesnt require much to play.
I already own these 2 things for the PC I'm trying to build.

I had things setup as of a year ago and ended up not being able to finish funding my PC and could not complete the build.
Now I currently have 200$ and will have another 60-70 next tuesday, and another 150 if I can sell my Xbox.
I would like to build this as cheaply as possible If anybody can finish the build for me that would be great.
(If the processor or anything else does not come with required stuff, thermal paste ect. I will need a recommendation on that also. I have never build a PC before, and am not 100% sure as to what I am doing.)
Since you already have an AM3 motherboard a 955 is the way to go, assuming you'll have the $400 you said you will that'll get you something like:

$415, you're definitely better getting all the money you can first, then coming back and bumping this thread, even $10-20 makes a large difference at this budget.
Bumping back in here with 360$ now and another paycheck coming in wednesday.
I did not sell my Xbox but still might, I jacked down the price cus I'm getting desperate at this point to hurry up and build me a PC. I have now offered it to the friend who might buy it for 100$. I did manage to scrape up an extra 100$ at work through this little program we have going on to attempt to improve "employee performance" by giving 100$ offerings to the "best employee" (whoever makes a 100% on a random report. I'm working a part time job at a grocery store.)
I changed a few things on the list posted above based on my direct wants and based on a friends 2nd opinion in things. I will post the changes below with direct links.

I am missing a CD drive which I do need and would like a 1TB hard drive instead of 500 gigs but I don't know anything about these 2 parts as far as compatibility goes. Also if the GPU posted does not support split screening, it's not a must but I would like to split screen also. I play games in windowed alot and like to have easy access to my messangers/music ect. I also noticed after getting a friends help that I'll be needing a converter for the monitor with that specific GPU unless it comes with one?
If anybody can fix my GPU if it needs fixed (for splitscreening and VGA adapters I think they're called?) and set me up with a 1TB hard drive and CD/DVD drive that will fit in my posted computer case and work with my motherboard and the posted PSU that would be great. Also if I need a better PSU please fix that too.
Lastly I would like to spend my 360$ as soon as I possibly can and would like to know what I should buy now and what I should wait on.
Also I need Wi/Fi and would like to know if I should stick with a USB device or get something internal and if internal could someone hook me up with that too?
(sorry I left out so many necessary details)
I don't see why you'd shell out the extra money when you can just OC the 955 to those clock speeds
isn't it the same cpu even
If the CPU upgrade isn't necessary then I won't do it. As I said I got a friends 2nd opinion before I made those changes and asked for the other changes. Altho I personally think that 20$ more is unnoticeable in comparison to the overall price as it is.
Although those 20 dollars can get you a 1tB spinpoint f3, which is a marvelous HDD that has slightly better read/write speeds even, and it will grant you that amount of extra space you wanted.
